- 10 月 31 日，冒志鸿亲笔写下《五个关键词和时刻 — 写在 ArcBlock 诞生两周年之际》，用五个词、五个时刻、五段来自团队同学的感悟来作一个回顾。

- 10 月 23 日，首汽 GoFun 出行宣布与 ArcBlock 合作，双方携手合作将 GoFun 平台拓展至其周边服务商，赋能汽车行业金融风控和信用存证传递。

- 10 月 4 日，ArcBlock 出席 2019 以太坊经典峰会
- 10 月 8 日至 11 日，ArcBlock 区块基石创始人兼 CEO 冒志鸿出席了在日本大阪举行的第五届以太坊开发者大会，并写下了一线观察《我们可以向以太坊开发者大会学习些什么？》，并表示，“我在会上最有价值的收获是以太坊生态的开发者对我们的 TokenSwap 服务提出了不少很有价值的建议，有一些建议补足了我们之前产品在使用角度的设计盲区。TokenSwap 本来已经到达发布状态，我听取了这些宝贵的建议，觉得我们还是需要把它做得更好更完善，有些地方需要再花一段时间重新推敲打磨，然后才把它正式发布出来。”
